This is stated as being an Ultralight. This never was nor never could be an FAR 103 Ultralight. I beleive it is a diservice to associate it with Ultralights at all. No actual Ultralight can weigh more than 254 pounds empty and all Sport Aircraft, like the Evector and others, are near three times that weight.
